To set up your stats manually, follow these steps:
Go to Settings and select Manage Podcasts
Click the pencil icon (edit button)
Click on the Upload my stats tab
Submit your stats there, including a screenshot of your previous 5 episodes, with their exact listener counts and the average of those episodes to be approved
