To view and edit your sent proposals, go to the Sponsorship page and select Proposals Sent. 

On the Proposals Sent page, you'll see an Edit Proposal button for each proposal you've sent.

Click the button to edit your proposal. You can then adjust the type of content, price, or date as needed.
