Yes, it is possible to manage multiple shows from your Podcorn account.

After you finish the signup process for your first show, you can add additional shows by clicking or tapping on the Manage Podcasts button in the Profile Settings menu in the top right side of your profile.

If you're on a mobile device, visit your Profile page, then click or tap the Edit button, then scroll down till you see Add Podcast.
