At this time, Podcorn Hosting does not support video podcast distribution. Our platform is designed for audio-only podcasting, and all uploaded files must be in one of the following formats:

  • MP3

  • M4A

  • WAV

Additionally, files must be under 500MB in size.

Note: Podcasts published with video files in the RSS feed will be converted to audio only when migrating to Podcorn.

Can I Add Video to My Podcast?
While Podcorn does not support video distribution, you can manually upload video versions of your podcast to platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify by managing your show directly within those services.

How Does This Affect Monetization?
If you choose to distribute a video version of your podcast, Podcorn will not be able to serve ads on those episodes. Our dynamic ad insertion (DAI) technology currently supports audio-only content, meaning any episodes you publish in video format will not be eligible for monetization through our platform.

Please be aware that if you upload video on Spotify, those metrics may not be reflected in Podcorn, which could make your Podcorn stats appear lower.

The Future of Video on Podcorn
The podcasting industry is evolving, and we continue to explore the role of video on our platform. While we currently focus on audio-first monetization, we are actively evaluating how video could be integrated into our offerings in the future.
