2. Add an Episode Title (Required)

  • Keep it clear, concise, and engaging.

  • A strong title helps listeners understand what your episode is about before hitting play.

3. Write an Episode Description (Required)

  • Provide a brief summary of the episode, including guest names, discussion topics, and relevant links.

  • Use rich text formatting to enhance readability:

    • Bullets & Numbering – Organize show notes and key highlights.

    • Hyperlinks – Add clickable links for additional references.

    • Undo/Redo – Easily make changes as needed.

A well-structured description improves discoverability and encourages listeners to tune in.

4. Upload Episode Artwork (Optional, but Recommended)

  • Add a unique image to represent the episode.

  • Recommended size: at least 1400 x 1400 pixels (PNG, JPG, JPEG).

  • Eye-catching artwork helps your episode stand out in podcast directories and social media.

Choosing When to Publish

Select your preferred publishing option:

  • Publish Now – Release your episode immediately.

  • Save as Draft – Keep your episode unpublished until you’re ready.

  • Schedule for Later – Pick a specific date and time for automatic release.

Tip: You can always adjust the publish date in advanced settings if you need to reorder episodes or restore a past release.

Advanced Options (Optional)

These settings align with major podcast platforms like Apple Podcasts and Spotify to ensure your episode displays correctly:

  • Modify Publish Date – Adjust the release date if necessary.

  • Episode Type – Choose between Full Episode, Trailer, or Bonus Content.

  • Season & Episode Number – Organize your show by seasons and episodes for easy navigation.

  • Author – Specify the host or author name (defaults to your show’s author if left blank).

  • Explicit Content – Mark the episode as explicit if it contains mature themes.

  • Skip Ads – Disable ads for this episode if you prefer an ad-free experience.

Finalizing Your Episode

Once you’ve completed all required fields:

Click Create Episode to save.

  • If set to Publish Now, your episode will go live immediately.

  • If scheduled, it will automatically publish at your selected time.

  • If unpublished, you can return anytime to make edits before releasing it.
